During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the key challenges the UK faced was a lack of ventilators.

One of our existing customers who is normally a defence contractor won the contract to produce much-needed ventilators.

Having worked with us on numerous previous projects they knew we would provide a fast laser fabrication service and achieve the level of quality required for a product which was going to be used to save lives.

We worked with them from design through to the finished housing product and provided our expert advice on materials, finish and how best to ensure the final product was fit for purpose.

We produced the housings for 10,000 ventilators in just 8 weeks. We’re incredibly proud of the work our staff put in to complete the manufacture of this vital equipment and to deliver on schedule.
