These newly cut parts are now ready for cleaning and finishing.

The 15mm mild steel cut was completed by our team on our new 12kw ByStar fibre cutting system.

They form part of an ongoing contract to fully fabricate a range of high-end award-winning wood burning stoves.

These parts have been laser cut, pressed and finished with a black powder coating.

We offer our laser cutting and fabrication customers an in house painting service which includes an auto wash system. This means that we can keep control of both lead time and quality.

When it comes to welding our skilled staff, combined with the latest machinery, can accurately reproduce designs in a range of materials.

These welded and polished stainless steel covers form part of a larger order for an innovative electric bus design - so it was important that our finished products had a cutting edge feel.

We have all the equipment and expertise to fully fabricate products from start to finish. This can involve cutting, bending, welding, galvanising, polishing and painting.

To us, quality control is important at every stage of production - including dispatch. These parts have been checked and carefully packaged ready for dispatch.

These cabinets are designed to control the heat source on composite moulding tools. Better control means greater precision than you can achieve with conventional methods.

We are able to weld using many materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

These busbars are finished with a black powder coating. This product is designed to withstand heavy mechanical vibration, which makes them ideal for large electric vehicles like the buses they will eventually be used on.

These busbars are copper which is corrosion resistant but the powder coating will give it an extra durable coating whilst giving it a good insulation rating. A black coating is ideal for a high voltage busbar of this size as it improves emissivity.
