Wildpyre is a Nottinghamshire based business that sells premium quality steel grills and fire tables.
We were initially contacted by Wildpyre in 2019 to see how we could help with the manufacture of their Argentinian-style Asado Parrilla grills and fire tables. They were interested to know more about our steel cutting service.
Much more than a run-of-the-mill BBQ, Wildpyre’s grills are complex and intricate pieces of equipment designed for outdoor wood cooking. Their products range from compact domestic grills to large commercial fire tables and grills. They also sell a number of steel tools and accessories such as griddle plates, motorised rotisserie kits and fire baskets.
Wildpyre provided us with drawings to laser cut their flat kits. They already had in-house fabrication so were looking for a partner that could meet their exacting standards. We supply all the precision cut parts, they bend and fabricate them into high-quality stainless steel barbecues, which they sell directly to the end user, in the UK and exported worldwide.
As they are a premium product, the build quality needs to be precise and the laser cutting impeccable. In the case of Wildpyre, the finish is especially important to both our customers and the end user. With this in mind, we treat the components with the utmost care, leaving the protective poly-coating in place throughout the laser cutting process. This keeps the surface finish in excellent condition ready for their fabrication process.
